Fritz dips into his "Private Stock"!
Hey there! I'm Fritz,the guy who comes in every weekend to raise the studio chair! And I do mean that in the literal sense. Either everyone else is too tall or I'm too short! But hey once I can reach that mic I'm dipping into my own"Private Stock"! I love playing songs that you probably haven't heard in decades!
When I'm not hanging out with you I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife Peggy. Before coming to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley we were professional musicians in Wilmington,Delaware for more than twenty years. I have worked in and around radio and television since 1976 in various capacities and now I'm living my dream job at Magic 95.5! Oh boy what have I done!? The Magic Webmistress was born in 76' but that's ok because she loves oldies but goodies too,even if they were around before she was!
Some of my favorite artists include the Beatles,Keb' Mo',Iris Dement,Irving Berlin,and Glen Miller. Let's see here,C-Span is a great network. I also enjoy watching the original Dick Van Dyke Show,Northern Exposure,The West Wing, Seinfeld,and The Simpson's. I haven't watched a movie in a while but I really liked Paper Moon,Blazing Saddles, and Lost In America.
In my spare time I enjoy playing my guitar,reading anything about history and current events/news,taking photographs,traveling with my wife,and eating! I like chicken, turkey,and anything with garlic,lemon,or cinnamon.{usually not together,ewwwww!}
